Breanca Merritt, Ph.D.
Center for Research on Inclusion and Social Policy, IUPUI
Breanca is the Founding Director of the Center for Research on Inclusion and Social Policy at the School for Public and Environmental Affairs at IUPUI. Her research focuses on the role of equity in public policy, with an emphasis on complex social issues related to quality of life. She works with area organizations who work with at-risk populations to support efforts in program evaluation, research, and capacity building.
